Our most recent episode of intern photographer had Kylie dressing a bit down and the rest of us acting up. *pause for laugh track*  We had a second model this time as well, with Gianni playing the other half of our Thug Love story. Focusing again on posing, camera position and composition, we kept the lighting simple with one large softbox and a white seamless background. I think I may have been transitioned to art director this time around as Ali shot most of the frames during the session. Just a few teaser pics for now, the actual Thug Love story post-production has to take a backseat to paying gigs…

Lisa had an awesome wedding at the Hotel Biba in West Palm Beach, FL.  She is, according to her blog bio, a “writer, magazine editor, and home cook living in Brooklyn”.  You can find one of her wedding images in a Design*Sponge post that showcases Lisa with two holiday cocktail recipes.  So, with an overdue introduction, witness never before seen here pictures from Lisa and Dan’s wedding.

I wanted to send props to the ladies who wore makeup for dress-rehearsal, keepin’ it real!

I saw a lot of familiar faces at this party, which was great.  A little previously established cred also helps when trying to maintain a certain degrees of  coolness in the midst of native teenagers.  But Sam has some decent friends, and from what I can tell, everyone had a good time.  Thanks Deb, for having me out.
