You will have to forgive of me this forthcoming indulgence of hyperbole. But what do you get when you mix Italian style and charm, Latin American beauty and passion and the melting-pot backdrop of downtown Miami? Hotness!

Alexandra and Italo are both wedding photographers starting a new life together in South Florida. It really is a great story and their enjoyment of each other is palpable. I endeavored to do justice to my generous circumstances.

I’ve been to my fair share of hotels on Miami and Fort Lauderdale Beach, but this was my first visit to the Atlantic Hotel. Great decor and an awesome staff (big props to the coordinator Nini) made for a casual yet elegant affair. Jorge Antonatos from Vision DJs laid down the tunes (I love it when the DJ can actually mix) including some classic Miami freestyle. Edy (check out the awesome dress!) and Donald were a pleasure to work with and up for anything I asked of them.

A tune-filled drive to Naples led me to this uniquely Floridian wedding. I had another great photographer to accompany me, the Naples-local Deborah Cull. Great, friendly families make for awesome photos.

In tonight’s episode of Intern Photographer, Ali and I shot Kylie with a ring flash. We built on the posing techniques we’ve learned so far and went for a throwback fashion look.
